Hot Yoga 26x2 Series with Shagane

NOTE: This class is held the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month and will be on hold through summer months while our wonderful instructor is participating in ongoing education.

This is a 90 minute class consisting of a set sequence of 26 beginner postures and 2 breathing exercises in a heated room (Bikram Series). Challenging at first, then addictively enjoyable, the heat & consistency of the poses will take you into a moving meditation while strengthening, detoxifying & opening your entire body.

Bunnies & Yoga

The bunnies are BACK!
Hagoyah has partnered with Missouri House Rabbit Society of Kansas City to create this event for yogis & animal lovers alike. Join Sedona for a 45 minute all levels yoga flow & stick around for bunny snuggles galore! Over half of the proceeds go to MHRS & some of the bunnies will be up for adoption! What an amazing way to treat yourself while giving back to a good cause.

"When most people see a rabbit, they think of a cage with a rabbit sitting inside, or a rabbit in a backyard hutch. In truth, domestic rabbit’s are social and thrive in an indoor environment where they are loved, cared for, & where their minds are stimulated daily. We want our community to think outside the cage."

First Sundays Silent Retreat

Facilitated by IPBC Dharma teacher Matt Trinley Foster and Nicoya Helm of Mindfulness Meditation KC, this retreat is designed to be a container of silence for anyone interested in reflection and meditation. Each of us travels our own path and we welcome all contemplative practitioners into this safe, supported space.

Each retreat begins at 9:00 am and ends at Noon with two breaks. You are welcome to come for just part of the morning. Chairs and cushions are provided or feel free to bring your own. Books and journals are welcome during break periods. Plan to wear comfortable, layered clothing.

The retreat is free and open to all. Donations help support the event space and facilitators; $30 suggested, but any amount welcome.

We hope to see you soon as we travel down the roads of mindfulness and meditation together.
